Researching into what our Employee Assistance Programme should look like, we found that current offerings in the market appeared clinical, cold and not really fitting in with the ethos of the company which favours a more holistic approach to benefit our staff.  P3BC fitted the bill.  At the time we agreed on a 3-month pilot and we were not sure how this programme, which strongly centres on building relationship with employees and their families, would work within a conservative British workforce.  We were pleasantly surprised that within the first two weeks comprising of four visits relationships and trust were already being established and one-to-one sessions being booked.  P3BC quickly understood and adapted to the culture of the company and as such became quickly effective. 

In addition, P3BC are always willing to go the extra mile and then some again always focussing on relationship and partnership.  Although our P3BC programme had to be suspended at the end of the 3 month trial period due to lockdown, social distancing and a large proportion of our staff being furloughed, support in terms of webinars were offered and taken up by our staff to help them during lockdown which were beneficial.  It is a unique service that provides a quality offering that is ahead of its time for staff.”
